About iFEST
iFEST - Industrial Framework for Embedded Systems Tools is an ARTEMIS Embedded Computing Systems Initiative project. iFEST aims at specifying and developing an integration tool framework for HW/SW co-design of heterogeneous and multi-core embedded systems. The integration framework will permit tools to be readily replaced within the tool chain; thus dealing with issues such as tool obsolescence and tool lock-in.
