How to Succeed at System Engineering?

Successful Systems Engineering is a major strategic issue for all manufacturers. The industrial interest for a systemic approach to Systems Engineering has been growing for several years. Indeed, the strategic and critical phase position associated with the ever increasing complexity of systems makes heavy and often ineffective conventional approaches.

Many manufacturers have made or conducted studies on system engineering, with the aim to demonstrate the benefits associated with this approach. Experience shows today that in order to make the most from Systems Engineering techniques, a global approach is needed. Thus, companies have applied this principle to identify a return on investment.

This free seminar will address some of the issues that System Engineering solves today (process management, requirement engineering, product lines and variants management, reuse of components, system-level simulation). Our guest speakers from Alstom Transport, COMPLIANCE Consulting and PSA Peugeot Citroën will share their experiences and discuss the daily benefits they derive from their systemic approach.
