Aonix Extends Quality Management Road Map

ISO 9001 Certification another step in continuous improvement process

Achieving ISO 9001 certification is just one step in Aonix’s overall goal of achieving continuous process improvement. Aonix management are committed to demonstrating measurable quality achievements at every level of the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and the availability of resources needed to meet such aims. Aonix suppliers will be evaluated and selected by clearly defined criteria. Ongoing customer evaluations help identify any problems, to ensure efficiency of process and verify conformity of products and services.

“As a provider of safety- and mission-critical software, Aonix has consistently implemented sound business practices and adherence to standards,” said Nicolas Hadjidakis, CEO of Aonix. “Becoming ISO 9001 certified simply provides additional assurance to vendors that our overall quality program will be audited according to specific metrics that we have in place. We embrace the additional accountability as a way internally of measuring our ability to deliver high-quality software solutions to the mission- and safety-critical space.”

As part of its overall quality program, Aonix has planned regular assessment, measurement and improvement of its processes. These quality initiatives will be rolled out to all its international offices.
