Course Description

Atego Process Consumer provides a highly scalable, practical approach for deploying your organization’s operational, engineering and development processes. It is extremely powerful but how can you make the most of it and realize significant benefits?

This one day course answers these questions, and more, giving you the foundation you need to understand how to use Atego Process Consumer. It starts with an introduction to general process concepts then leads into Atego’s approach to process authoring, management and deployment. The course then applies a mixture of presentations and workshops, in which Atego Process Consumer is used to deploy processes. It also gives you the tools you need to train others how to use Atego Process Consumer.

Course Objectives

• To provide an awareness of the principles of process development and deployment
• Describe the structure and features of Atego Process Consumer
• Enable attendees to find their project tasks, get the necessary process help, record their progress and collaborate on process improvement
• Uderstand how Atego Process Director defines processes

• The purpose and use of Atego Process Consumer
• What processes, deliverables, resources, risks, techniques and patterns are and the relationships between them all
• How to use To Do lists, Task Progress, Deliverable Completion, Navigation Trees, Process Diagrams, Structure Views and example Process content

Pre-requisites

• A high level understanding of at least one of your organization’s processes or a formal methodology
• This course can optionally be run using your organization’s authored Atego Process Director processes. Contact us for more details
• The base course assumes Atego Process Consumer deployment on PCs with web browser. Other options are available (e.g. iPad), contact us for details
