David Kiernan

VP Finance

David Kiernan joined Atego (formerly Artisan) in 1998 with more than 10 years senior financial management experience. He is responsible for managing all of Ategos’s financial and administrative functions including domestic and international finance and accounting; treasury; tax; investor relations; legal; information technology; human resources and facilities. He oversees a range of day-to-day activities including financial reporting and is responsible for negotiation of contracts with strategic customers and vendors. Before joining Atego, he spent 5 years at Grant Thornton where he was a Senior Business Advisor which included managing a portfolio of Hi-tech companies. He is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
