Jean-Pierre Fauché

Jean-Pierre Fauché obtained his M.SC degree in Computer Sciences from ENSIMAG (French Engineer School specialized in Computer Sciences) in 1973. In parallel, he obtained a B.SC degree in Business (Sciences Economiques). After the M.SC, he spent two years in Africa (Cameroon) as a Mathematics teacher. He started his work as researcher at the Grenoble University in a laboratory dedicated to Economic Sciences. He worked on modeling tools and array generators for the European Community (EC) in the framework of important statistical contracts. Thereafter, he specialized in software engineering tools and developed several Pascal compilers for the EC on IBM and ICL computers. He was also team leader for the project on the Pascal Multics Compiler. He was involved in projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Graphical User Interface, Man-Machine Interactions and managed several international projects for the Center.

In 1988, he joined Alsys and created the Grenoble Agency for the development of Ada compilers for Vax, 68000 and PowerPC. During this time, he was also reviewer for important EC projects in the Sofware Engineering area. Occupying several positions as Engineering , Support and Special development manager. For several years, he contributed to develop the Professional Services as a major activity accompanying our Product activity.
